Below are a few suggestions we have that will help the inspection process to go smoothly for everyone.

• We inspect 7 days a week. Our normal start times are 9:30am, 1:30pm and 4:30pm. These can be adjusted slightly. Please call our office (905-822-0010 or 866-751-0010).
• Please allow 72 hours to book an inspection time-slot that works for everyone.
• Our inspections generally run 2 ½ to 3 hours start to finish. Be sure that your client and the vendor are aware that this is typical.
• We love company! Please encourage the buyer to attend the entire inspection. Our experience is that if the buyer hears and sees things first-hand, they are not likely to become overwhelmed by a cold report dropped in front of them. If they show up at the end it is tough for the buyer to absorb 2 hours of information in 15 minutes. Again, the goal is to have everyone understand the current condition of the home. Attending the entire inspection is the best way to learn!
• If possible, try to make sure the vendor is aware that we encourage the buyer to be at the inspection and that this is typical.
• Have fun at the inspection! We do and so do (most!) of our clients.
