This is the preferred wiring material.The heating system includes a 16-year-old gas-fired mid-efficiency furnace, which has a typical life expectancy of twenty to twenty-five years.The air conditioner is 6 years old, with a typical life expectancy of ten to fifteen years.All visible supply plumbing in the home is copper. Copper is the preferred supply piping material.High-quality finishes were noted throughout the house.
 
Recommendations

ROOFING - The roof and skylight are leaking. Further evaluation and repairs are required.(Cost: Depends on work needed)

EXTERIOR - It is recommended that the lot grading be improved to direct water away from the foundation wall to reduce the potential for basement leakage or dampness.

INTERIOR - Evidence of leakage was observed in the basement. Basement moisture is a common issue in most homes. Improvements to gutters and downspouts, and ensuring the grading around the home slopes away from the building, should be done as first steps, and are usually effective in keeping the basement dry. Further repairs need only be done as a last resort.
