Our inspectors are as diligent as ever on this inspection where we examine the Structure, Exterior (including the roof), Electrical system, Heating and Cooling systems, the Plumbing and the Interior for any significant defects that may affect the decision to purchase. Our findings are documented in our Horizon inspection report. The report is laid out to make it easy to understand our findings, the implications and suggested actions. To further help the reader, our reports include colour illustrations and links to relevant reference materials. Within a day of the inspection we send our clients an email linking them to their report (which we archive for their future reference).
