Comments

This is a well-built older house with a more recent addition on the south side. The home is equipped with a 200-amp electrical service and all of the distribution wiring has been updated to conventional copper. The heating system is a gas-fired boiler that is 18 years old. It has been well maintained to date and has a typical life expectancy of 20-25 years. The main water supply from the street has been updated to a large one-inch copper pipe, which provides excellent water flow throughout the home. The home sits on a stone foundation wall that shows very little movement over the life span of the structure.
