Position Overview:
You have a strong background
in sales and superior customer service. You love diversity, are easily adaptable
to change and thrive in a fast paced environment. You’re phone skills
are superb and you thrive in a customer service environment. You are able
to react quickly and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inside sales of incoming
home inspection requests
- Order processing and
entry
- Handling home inspection
department requests, i.e. information packages, follow-ups, new lead generation
- Generation of various
market and business reports
- Ensuring excellent customer
support
- Completion and delivery
of inspection reports
- Various administrative
duties
Required Skills:
- Inbound and outbound
phone sales background
- Exceptional and proven
customer service experience
- Excellent phone and
communication skills
- Experience with a multi-line
phone system
- Excellent organizational
skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and produce accurate
results are essential.
- Strong computer skills
(All Microsoft Office products and ideally Adobe products)
- A self initiator with
the ability to proactively pursue assigned and unassigned work priorities
- Able to work independently
and with minimal supervision
Position Status:
This position is permanent
full-time. The primary responsibilities including customer service, home
inspection sales, report generation and general administrative duties. This
position is based out of our head office located at 120 Carlton St in Toronto.
Schedule:
Hours of work will be 8:00
AM to 4:00 PM with the possibility of overtime as required.
