Position Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator for our ecoENERGY business department. The QA coordinator would be responsible for reviewing all incoming ecoENERGY files (paper and electronic copy) and ensuring that our advisors are complying with the rules and regulations as set out by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and with the Carson Dunlop & Associates internal rules and regulations. The QA Coordinator will also be responsible for reporting to the Program Manager and directly with each ecoENERGY advisor with recommendations and solutions that will lead to an improvement in the overall quality of our reports. The candidate will also be responsible for client follow up through our customer service survey and QA calls as well as managing the QA monthly report follow up as sent by NRCan.

We are looking for an individual who displays a high degree of initiative, determination resourcefulness and an exceptional focus on accuracy. Previous experience as a quality assurance coordinator or officer is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • QA for ecoENERGY advisor incoming files – electronic and paper based
  • QA follow up calls for ecoENERGY clients
  • Management of client feedback as obtained through our surveys and phone QA
  • Following up with NRCan regarding any client file questions
  • Completion and coordination of the monthly NRCan QA follow up report

Required Skills:

  • Quality assurance background or work experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience producing reports and recommendations that have lead to an improvement in overall work quality
  • Experience managing workload planning and scheduling in a fast paced, field service business.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and produce accurate results are essential.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel (All Microsoft Office products and ideally Adobe products)
  • A self initiator with the ability to proactively pursue assigned and unassigned work priorities
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision

Position Status:

This position is a contract position until March 2011 with the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is a potential for the contract to be extended past March 2011 depending on the government commitment to the ecoENERGY program. This position is based out of our head office located at 120 Carlton St, Suite 407 in Toronto ON.
