Tom
started Boulevard Property Inspection in 1991 and continues to ensure
that it runs like
a well maintained furnace. Tom’s
background in Industrial Design naturally led him to the home
inspection industry.
Specifically trained as a home inspector, Tom has the ability to
navigate through the complex systems of a home and distill his findings
into an
easily understood language that everyone enjoys.
As a past Director of the Ontario
Association of Home Inspectors,
Tom has been chosen to present at both local and international
events for the OAHI and
the American
Society of Home Inspectors. A Registered Home Inspector as
well as National Certificate Holder, Tom continues to remain active
with the association.
A suburb devotee, Tom resides happily in Mississauga with his wife
and two young children.
